Love Life

Pam Sorooshian wrote:

Unschoolers focus on living a rich and stimulating life together. Seriously, that's it. We do not "school," but, instead, we concentrate on living a life filled with opportunities and possibilities and experiences.

I think, most of all, we want them to love being alive—now and in their future.

  1. As a product of compulsory education, I have to remind myself not to "school" at times. Thanks for the reminder!

  3. Thank you, as always, for the time and effort you put into your unschooling web resources. This is my new favorite unschooling quote. And like most things I learn in parenting, the application in my own life is just as valuable. I want to notice when I stop love being alive in any given moment, see how that happens, and reconnect with that joy.
